The Buffalo Bills haven’t made the playoffs since 1999. Regardless, receiver Stevie Johnson believes this is the year the team’s luck turns a new leaf.
Johnson told the Buffalo News that he has no personal goals for the season but will do anything he can to get the team deep into the season.
“Playoffs,” Johnson said. “Playoffs and that’s it. All those personal goals, they don’t really mean nothing. Last year was kind of frustrating, but when I look back on it, it was a good thing. The whole individual stats and stuff is out the window. It’s just playoffs now. It’s winning.”
The Bills have finished 6-10 three years straight. With Johnson coming back from his disappointing season last year, he could be a big factor in their success.
