Marlins Have The Youngest Starting Rotation In Baseball

Led by 21-year old Jose Fernandez, the Miami Marlins have the youngest starting rotation in baseball, with an average age of 24.027 years old:

It is not as if this rotation’s youth is a bad thing either, not that youth will ever be a bad thing in the game of baseball. If spring training stats mean anything, the Marlins might also have one of the best rotations in baseball when 2014 is all said in done, as the group allowed only 16 earned runs in 75 2/3 innings this spring for an ERA of 1.90.
