J.J. Hardy Not In Lineup Monday

Eduardo Encina of the Baltimore Sun just tweeted the Orioles starting lineup for today’s 11:05am game against the Boston Red Sox.

Aside from the game being the annual Patriot’s Day game in Boston, one of the Orioles key players is out of the lineup today: J.J. Hardy.

Hardy, 31, was removed for a pinch-hitter in the seventh inning of last night’s game with a reported right hamstring strain. He is listed as day-to-day but whether or not he will miss more time than today’s ballgame has yet to be determined.
