Mike Williams and Vincent Jackson Both Active for Bucs-Cardinals
Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie quarterback Mike Glennon, who makes his NFL debut today, will get both starting wide receivers, Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams.
Jackson and Williams both participated in Friday’s practice after missing two consecutive days of practice this week due to injury.
Jackson suffered a rib injury against the New England Patriots, while Williams suffered a hamstring injury.
In other Bucs-Cardinals injury news, safety Rashad Johnson, who lost a portion of his finger last week, did not receive medical clearance to play today and he will be inactive. Tyrran Mathieu will replace him.
Also, Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, who has been battling a hamstring injury, will play. He is expected to face off against Darrelle Revis, one of the top matchups in today’s game.
