Even though Feldman was the first to report the news, The Associated Press reported that the two linebackers each face charges for sexual battery on a physically helpless victim.
In addition, Figueroa was charged with possession of a stolen or fake driver’s license. Details about the incident are still being investigated.Miami Football Players Released from Team for Sexual Battery by Sports Talk Florida
