Missed part of the show? Here’s a rewind of the program on November 14, 2013.

The Mariotti Show streams live M-F noon to 3 ET.

Hour One on The Jay Mariotti Show: November 14, 2013:
Unfair to Jameis Winston that case is public when he hasn’t been charged and so much is murky.
Accuser describes man as 5-9 to 5-11 and 240. Winston is 6-4 and was under 200 at the time.
This alleged episode happened last year, was closed early this year … and pops up now?
Prosecutors are allowed to be reckless and should be held accountable when wrong.
Case smacks of Florida sleaze, Seminole envy.
Matt Barnes didn’t learn from Incognito, sending in-game tweet describing teammates with n-word
Clippers-Thunder was good NBA entertainment for November.
When Goodell gets around to Incognito suspension, expect it to be indefinite. NFL career is over.

Hour Two on The Jay Mariotti Show: November 14, 2013:
USA Today re-runs 2002 column from Jonathan Martin’s mother about workplace harassment.
She obviously is a driving force behind her son’s departure from Dolphins and possible legal fight.
As time passes, Jay can’t see Joe Philbin or Jeff Ireland surviving in Miami.
With Michael Vick’s help, Riley Cooper survives his own “N-word” episode to succeed in Philly.
Jay previews Broncos-Chiefs and thinks Peyton Manning won’t last against a ferocious defense.
Denver, like Green Bay, may be doomed by not having a quality backup QB.
Andy Reid, whose son died from drugs, was disappointing not to even bench Dwayne Bowe.

Hour Three on The Jay Mariotti Show: November 14, 2013:
Jay resets Winston story and blisters the authorities for making it public without any substance.
Preview of the NFL weekend ahead, including Saints-49ers and New Orleans’ amazing home edge.
Jay says Bud Selig, as usual, was 10 years too late with expanded replay.
Yankees, reeling from Boston title, may counter with Beltran, Choo, McCann, other notables.
Jay says Barnes was right to apologize for behavior on and off court. Learn from it, sports peeps.
Derrick Rose may never be the same and is struggling with injuries, poor play.
It’s early, but Jay is loving Spurs-Clippers and Heat-Pacers as NBA conference finalists.
Jay loves how Doc Rivers is trying to toughen up Clippers, called soft as toilet paper by Barkley.
