Magic Plan To Trade Redick

J.J. Redick is a valuable outside shooter on a rebuilding team in the last year of a very reasonable $6.1 million contract.

It doesn’t really take a sophisticated NBA follower to see he is a prime trade target.

Ric Bucher of CSNBayArea.com confirms that on Sulia, but adds that this is more likely to be a deadline deal than something coming soon.

The likeliest trade partners: Chicago, Memphis, Minnesota, Milwaukee, Utah. The Bulls were interested in Redick as a FA and Memphis supposedly expressed recent interest.
