Second year head Coach Jacque Vaughn has the task of guiding the Magic through the rebuilding process. Last year, Vaughn did not set a number of games he expected the team to win and this season he has the same approach. Like last year, Vaughn wants the team and each player to get better every game. Going through the rebuilding process can be a tough road but the Magic will not take any shortcuts along the way.
The Magic’s preseason is set to being on Oct. 9 when the Orlando Magic take on the New Orleans Pelicans in Jacksonville at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. Tickets are on sale now and prices range from $15 to $250.
The Magic will start its 25th ‘Silver Season’ season on the road. They will face the Indiana Pacers (Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. ET) and Minnesota Timberwolves (Oct. 30 at 8 p.m. ET) before returning to the Amway for the season home opener against the New Orleans Pelicans on Nov. 1 at 8 p.m. ET.
