His first goal tied the game at 1-1 at the 15:27 mark.

Twenty seconds after the Bolts tied the game Tyler Johnson [5] received a pass from Ondrej Palat [6] and put tapped it past goalie Eddie Lack [7] to give the Lightning a 2-1 lead.

The lead would not last long as Zac Dalpe [8] scored his first goal of the season at the 16:25 mark but the flurry of scoring continued as Nikita Kucherov [9] blasted a power play goal with just 3 seconds remaining in the period to give the Bolts a 3-2 lead heading to the final period.

The Bolts continued to play with intensity into the third period  and took the important two goal lead at the 7:28 mark when Alex Killorn [10] scored his 1oth goal of the season.

The Lightning will head to Calgary to take on the Flames Friday evening before taking on the Edmonton Oilers on Sunday and the Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday.
