The shoulder has bothered Wong for quite some time, and it has had a considerable impact on his performance.
Wong first started dealing with shoulder issues on June 5th, and since his return to the lineup on June 10th has hit just .077/.077/.154 in 26 plate appearances.
Wong, 23, has a .228/.282/.304 slash line with one home run, 16 RBI, and nine stolen bases thus far in his first full season in the big leagues.Kolten Wong Placed On Disabled List With Shoulder Injury by Matt Stein
