Former Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Jay Ratliff has agreed to a one-year contract with the Chicago Bears, a league source told ESPN.
The Bears will play the Cowboys on Dec. 9, meaning Ratliff likely will attempt to sack former teammate Tony Romo.
Ratliff also visited the Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins, according to league sources. The four-time Pro Bowler also was contacted by the Cincinnati Bengals.
#Cowboys continue to refer to Ratliff’s situation as “a legal matter” in not commenting. At this point, I can find no such legal issue.
