Jaguars stick with Henne despite being outshined by Bortles
After last night's one-point loss, Gus Bradley wasted no time letting the NFL world know that Chad Henne is the starting quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Jaguars HC Gus Bradley says QB Chad Henne definitely will start opener. No change and door is not open for Blake Bortles.— John Oehser (@JohnOehser) August 23, 2014
We hear you coach, loud and clear.
However, you have wonder how long Bradley will stick with sitting Bortles, who happens to be leading the NFL right now.
Bortles isn't the only rookie shining in the spotlight.
Undrafted rookie wide receiver Allen Hurns is showing the other 31 NFL teams that passed on him, what they're missing out on.
Hurns is making the most of his opportunity to play and I would be absolutely shocked if he isn't on the 53-man roster.
