FSU Gets Called Out For Using "12th Man"
The Florida State Seminoles are getting a little slap on the wrist for using the "12th Man" slogan that is trademarked by Texas A&M.
The Seminoles put out an ad for football tickets and used slapped a "12th Man" stamp on the back of a player's jersey and the Aggies aren't too happy about it.
Attn: @FSU_Football. There is the one and only #12thMan, and it belongs to Texas A&M. #Trademarked. http://t.co/eQrbwZ2S0h

Oops. Florida State will probably be hearing from Aggies' lawyers, if they haven't already.
