FSU Gets Called Out For Using “12th Man”

The Florida State Seminoles are getting a little slap on the wrist for using the “12th Man” slogan that is trademarked by Texas A&M.

The Seminoles put out an ad for football tickets and used slapped a “12th Man” stamp on the back of a player’s jersey and the Aggies aren’t too happy about it.

The Associate AD at A&M did not let this slide. He took to this Twitter account to make it known that this ad did not go unseen.

Oops. Florida State will probably be hearing from Aggies’ lawyers, if they haven’t already.
