Former Jag Says He’s Ready For Ravens Debut

Jaguars_Eugene_Monroe_1The Baltimore Ravens said last week that tackle Eugene Monroe’s comfort with the offense would be a big factor in determining when he took over as the team’s starting left tackle.

Monroe didn’t wind up playing against the Miami Dolphins and it’s not surprising that he didn’t have total knowledge of the playbook just a few days after being traded to the team by the Jacksonville Jaguars. He’s had a bit more time to let everything seep in now and Monroe says he’s ready to make his Ravens debut.
