That’s a lofty goal considering Wallace has yet to catch a pass in the exhibition season. He missed the Dolphins’ first game with a groin injury, and quarterback Ryan Tannehill never looked his way during their brief time on the field in Friday’s victory at Jacksonville.
Wallace said Monday that if he didn’t set a goal of leading the league in everything possible, he would be settling.
Wallace was signed as a free agent in March to upgrade Miami’s mediocre passing game. Even though he has yet to catch a pass in a game for the Dolphins, he said he’s meshing well with Tannehill.
