When Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware hurt his quad against the Redskins last weekend, initial reports were that Ware would miss three-to-four weeks of action while he recovers.
However, Ware, who has never missed a game in his career, reported on Thursday that he’ll travel with the team to Philadelphia this weekend.
“It’s two times better than what it was,” Ware said, via ESPNDallas.com. “I do have some push. I actually have been running in the weight room. It’s feeling pretty good to me personally.”
The Cowboys will release their official injury report for the game on Friday, and until then it remains questionable as to whether or not he will actually be able to play against the Eagles.
