Countdown to Opening Day: Should it be a Holiday?
Spring Training is officially underway and now the countdown to Opening Day ensues. With the discussion of the big day swirling around the MLB , Budweiser has started a petition to name Opening Day a national holiday.

There is plenty of buzz on Twitter and even Hall of Famer Ozzie Smith is getting involved in promoting the petition.

Budweiser says that they need 100,000 signatures in 30 days to send it to the White House for consideration. As of today, there are over 43,000 signatures and there are 26 days left.
Keep in mind, you must be 21+ to sign the petition.
