After Aaron Rodgers suffered a left shoulder injury on Monday night, the Packers are in a bit of hot water. They’ll eventually get him back but we don’t know (yet) how long he’ll be out. In the mean time, they’ve got Seneca Wallace under center and you’ve got to wonder if they’ll take a run at former Green Bay backup Matt Flynn.
Flynn was released on Monday by Buffalo after picking up a lukewarm cup of coffee with the Bills. Prior to that he’d been in Oakland where he lost the starting job to Terrelle Pryor and was eventually released before that Seattle, where he lost the starting gig to Russell Wilson after signing a lucrative free-agent contract in the offseason.
