A 42-year-old Connecticut man was arrested Wednesday for making threats against the New York Mets.
Details via NBC Connecticut were released earlier today:
West Haven police have arrested a local man accused of Tweeting threats toward executives, players and coaches of the New York Mets, along with a specific threat to Citi Field, police said. (Aryn) Leroux was charged with threatening in the second degree and breach of peace.
The Mets finished 74-88 and under .500 for the fifth straight season, but as annoying as that is, it’s hardly worth a spell in prison.
