UCF Snaps Losing Streak, Beats Tulsa 83-75

UCF snapped a three-game losing streak Saturday after beating Tulsa 83-75 at the UCF Arena.

Junior guard Isaiah Sykes had 22 points, seven rebounds and four assists, leading the Knights (18-9, 8-5 C-USA) to the win. Tristan Spurlock had a big game for UCF, finishing with 19 points and seven rebounds.

The Knights moved the ball well, displaying better shot selection than in the losses previous. They were also more aggressive going to the basket, shooting 42 free throw attempts in the game.

Tulsa falls to 14-13, 6-7 in C-USA on the season.

UCF hosts Georgia Southwestern Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the UCF Arena.
