Oregon State Ready To Make A Statement vs. Stanford

Sean MannionCORVALLIS, Ore. — Oregon State is in position to assert itself as a legitimate contender for the Pac-12 championship.

While OSU’s six-game winning streak is impressive, the Beavers have yet to face a ranked opponent. That’s about to change with No. 8 Stanford coming to town Saturday for a homecoming matchup at Reser Stadium.

A victory would provide validation for the Beavers, who are 4-point underdogs.

“Not to take anything away from (Stanford), they’re a great team,” cornerback Rashad Reynolds said. “But in my eyes we’re supposed to win this game.”
