Both FSU and Miami will get plenty of National Exposure

The ESPN – ACC football schedule is out and the Seminoles as well as the Hurricanes are going to get plenty of national television time.  The two schools get underway Labor Day weekend.

Miami will be hosting Florida Atlantic in a game set for Friday night August 30th at 8 p.m. on ESPNU.

Florida State gets the coveted Labor Day prime-time spot as they welcome Pittsburgh to the ACC. That game will air Monday night September 2nd at 8 p.m. on ESPN live from Heinz Field.

ACC and ESPN will have Florida State and Miami in prime-time this season.

Of note is that the Labor Day game is one of the highest rated  college football broadcasts of the year.

Another early highlight on the schedule comes Saturday September 7th. The Florida Gators will head south to face Miami in a big game  slated for a noon start on ESPN.

It should be noted that all of the FSU and Miami games will air on one of the ESPN family of networks as per the ACC deal with the network.

Could either FSU or Miami get more national prime-time games later in the season?

As we know from years past, afternoon games can be bumped into prime-time if either the Seminoles or the Hurricanes  are having a good enough season.

So do stay tuned.
