Sturgis: “Gators Unprepared For Sugar Bowl”

The Florida Gators lost 33-23 to the 22nd ranked Louisville Cardinals in the Sugar Bowl on January 2nd. That is old news, but what is new information on the game comes from Gators kicker Caleb Sturgis. According to Sturgis the Gators where not prepared for the Sugar Bowl.

This information came out in an interview with Charlie Bernstein at the East-West Shrine Games practice at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg. When players talk about lack of preparation going into a game, they are talk about coaching. Will Muschamp is in his second year with the Gators and it could be a short tenure if players continue to talk like this.
