GAINESVILLE — While Florida’s lingering offensive woes continue to concern Gators fans, they have not dissuaded recruits, according to coach Will Muschamp.
“Recruiting is going fine. We’re in good shape there. It is what it is,” he said. “I think anybody with a shred of intelligence can see the situation.”
Four-star commits Dalvin Cook (tailback, Miami Central) and Ermon Lane (wide receiver, Homestead) are among a handful of offensive prospects expected to boost UF’s anemic unit in 2014.
“We’re doing fine. We’re doing fine,” Muschamp said. “Some of those guys look at is as, ‘What a great opportunity to come to a program like Florida and play [right away].’ ”
