Bucs’ Williams Due In Court Next Month
Buccaneers coach Lovie Smith said last week that he found wide receiver Mike Williams’ recent pattern of behavior disturbing, a view fueled in part by Williams’ recent arrest on charges of trespassing and criminal mischief.
Williams is due in court on March 27 for a pre-trial hearing on the case after entering a written plea of not guilty on Monday. Williams was set to be arraigned, but was granted an arraignment waiver because of his plea and the case will move forward to the next stage.
