Bucs Have Money To Spend
The Bucs have more than $20 million in room under the NFL’s projected 2013 salary cap and likely will create more through rolling over unused 2012 space and the expected release of cornerback Eric Wright ($7.75 million).
So, yeah, the Bucs can do a little something in free agency if they choose. But as you’ve probably read here and elsewhere, this year’s class of free agents – the signing period begins next month – isn’t scheduled to be as memorable as the 2012 class.
