The Bucs' trend for addressing the front seven on Day 3?continues with the team selecting?Buffalo's?Steven Means?in the?fifth-round of the NFL Draft.

The 6-foot-4, 257-pound defensive end, who?has?been projected to play outside?linebacker?in the NFL, racked up 18.5 sacks during his career at UB. In his senior year, he recorded 6.5 sacks, ?77 tackles, 11 tackles for a loss, and three blocked kicks.

Means?began his career at UB?in??4-3?system before making the switch to a?3-4. He played in 48 straight games at Buffalo, taking over as a starter midway through his freshman year and starting 43 consecutive games.

He did not receive an invite to the NFL Scouting Combine, and was projected?as an undrafted free agent, but once?he?clocked an impressive 4.60 at?UB's Pro Day, NFL scouts took a closer look.
