Broncos’ Miller Misses Court Appearance
Von Miller misses court appearance; magistrate not pleased

Von Miller hasn’t been real good about keeping up with his off-field legal schedule.
He was arrested in August for missing a court date, and on Monday, he skipped another court appearance in Arapahoe County count, according to the Denver Post.
And it sounds like magistrate Christina Apostoli didn’t take the snub very well.
“The court finds it rather ridiculous he doesn’t appear this morning and he’s mere blocks away. That’s what’s made a spectacle of these issues,” Apostol said.
Miller was scheduled to appear at 10:30 a.m. Monday to face two cases involving traffic violations, but only Abraham Hutt, Miller’s attorney, arrived at court.
