Bishop Exits Game With Injury, Bolts Down 3-1 After 1st Period

Tampa Bay Lightning Trail Edmonton Oilers 3-1 At First Intermission

Goalie Ben Bishop [1] had to leave the game after allowing a goal to Jordan Eberle [2] at the 4:18 mark. The severity of the injury is unknown but he has been replaced by Anders Lindback [3].

The Tampa Bay Lightning went on the power play 0:52 seconds into the game when Justin Schultz [4] was sent off for delay of game. The power play unit took advantage of the opportunity at the 2:43 mark when Nikita Kucherov [5] found the back of the net for his sixth goal of the year with assists to Matt Carle [6] (16) and Radko Gudas [7] (9).
