Well, he may not be able to play, but now the NBA is offering to help fulfill his dream of working for the NBA. According to ESPN, NBA commissioner Adam Silver has promised Austin that once he completes his undergraduate degree from Baylor, he will have a job with the league.

Austin told TMZ.com that Silver is having him do small tasks with NBA Cares until he can get a full-time job.

Austin plans to finished his degree at Baylor this fall and he says he’s extremely thankful that Silver has given him this opportunity.
